Welcome to BapFM. By accessing or using our mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Account Registration

BapFM is an invite-only service. To create an account, you must have received a personal invitation from an administrator. Once invited, you will need to provide a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our Service. Invitation links are single-use and expire after 7 days.

2. Service Description

BapFM is a music streaming service focused on boom bap hip-hop instrumentals. The Service operates as a radio-style player that streams a curated selection of instrumental tracks. All invited members have full access to the Service at no cost, including unlimited skips, previous track navigation, and repeat mode.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to download, copy, or redistribute any audio content from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share your invitation link or account credentials with others
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through BapFM, including but not limited to audio tracks, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BapFM or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Content and Availability

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify the tracks and content available on the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that specific tracks will always be available. The Service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BapFM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
